Vision

Vision refers to many things
How good we see afar
Or if we need to use our specks
To see the nearest car.
Vision travels through our eyes
The world to us displayed.
Some can make us very happy
And some make us afraid.
A vision is a dream we have
A future we will build
It drives us on the paths we take
Until that dream’s fulfilled.
It doesn’t matter who we are
Naïve or cognoscenti
At least this time we all will have
A year that’s 2020.
